About the project
01. The Context
The Challenge The M&I flagship event in Dubai required a cohesive visual identity that could scale seamlessly across a vast range of physical and digital touchpoints. The primary challenge was to maintain brand consistency while translating digital marketing assets into large-format environmental designs for a high-value global audience.
The Strategy I led an omnichannel approach focused on visual continuity. The strategy ensured that the brand’s core identity remained recognizable and impactful, whether viewed on a mobile device or a 20-metre event screen. I acted as the creative lead, bridging the gap between the marketing campaign and the on-site physical experience.
02. The Execution
Omnichannel Orchestration I managed the 360° output, ensuring every element—from pre-event digital comms to on-site signage—functioned as a single, unified brand experience.
Environmental Branding: I adapted the brand's core visual language for large-format OOH and on-site displays. This involved scaling geometric elements and vibrant colour palettes to ensure clarity and impact within the expansive venue environments of Dubai.
Typographic Consistency: I governed the application of the core brand typeface, Circular, across all media. I established specific rules for weight and hierarchy to ensure legibility on massive LED displays while maintaining the brand's professional aesthetic on smaller printed collateral like name badges.
Asset Governance: I oversaw the development and distribution of a centralized asset toolkit. This ensured that all internal teams and production partners were working from a "Single Source of Truth," eliminating version-control issues and ensuring colour accuracy across digital and print outputs.
03. The Result
The Outcome The Dubai flagship delivered a fully immersive brand experience that reinforced M&I’s position as an industry leader. By ensuring a seamless transition between digital and physical touchpoints, the campaign demonstrated the robustness of the current brand system, successfully executing a complex, multi-touchpoint event without visual dilution.
